Cancellation Policy - Moderado
If you cancel your reservation, up to 30 days before the start date, you will be refunded the full amount of the payment made. If the cancellation occurs 29 days prior to the scheduled start date, there will be no refund.
Additional rules information
Pick-up & Drop-off Getaway Vans are only delivered to our facilities. They can be returned directly to our facilities in Porto (Leça do Balio) or anywhere in the country. For other places, there is an additional charge (€0,75/Km). Fixed rates for Lisbon (€200) and Faro (€300). Pick-up and drop-off are at the time scheduled when you book (between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.), but it´s possible to extend it 2 hours before or after that (7 a.m. - 8 p.m.), with a fee of 25€. Please let us know in advance. Parking: You may park your vehicle at our facilities in a safe indoor parking garage with 24/7 security. For rental periods of 7 or more days we’ll deliver your car washed (except during weekends), courtesy of FitCar Wash. Transfers: Free transfers in the area of Porto: Two-way free shuttle service from Porto´s Francisco Sá Carneiro airport, train stations (Campanhã or S. Bento), bus station or your accommodation. Payment Options: (rental value and security deposit) PayPal * (Those payment methods for the security deposit have a fee of €25.) Insurance Policy

The insurance is provided by the owner
Under the Portuguese law, the leased vehicle is covered by the compulsory insurance of civil liability of 50.000.000€ and own damage covers. Drivers must have their drivers´ license for at least one year when the trip starts. Drivers under the age of 25 years old are required to pay an extra fee of 3€ / day. OPTION A I´m a Gambler - 0€ /Day - Security Deposit €1200 "For this purpose a deposit of €1200 is needed." OPTION B Trust your instinct - 10€ /Day - Security Deposit €1000 You may reduce the security deposit to €1000 by paying €10/day. OPTION C Play it safe - 15€ /Day - Security Deposit €800 You may reduce the security deposit to €800 by paying €15/day.

The legal tax rate is already included in the displayed prices. Security Deposit What is it and what will it be used for? The chosen security deposit value is payed on the pick up day. This amount will be used to cover the following possible situations:Damages caused by an accident of the customer´s responsibility Accessory damages or failure Driving tickets Toll bills Refill of fuel, gas or AdBlue tanks The security deposit is normally refunded up to 10 days after the drop off day.
